We know that, the parliaments are organized by the direct voting of the people. 

And the voters vote to elect their “Service ruler” for their welfare. 

For the total administrative and governmental welfare, the parliaments must need in the world. 

But, the members of parliaments or ministers..... Nothing but elected governments for the fixed period. 

This is why, no parliament never controls the people without welfare. 

For this reason, every parliament should be organized only, only and only for the people's. 

সংসদ সদস্যগণ জনগণের সরাসরি ভোটে নির্বাচিত হয়ে থাকেন। 

আর নির্বাচিত সদস্যগণই নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্য সংসদ গঠন করেন।

জনগণ ভোট দিয়ে থাকেন তিনিদের রাষ্ট্রীয় কল্যাণের জন্য।

এ কারণে, সংসদ সদস্যগণ জনগণের সেবক হিসেবে বিবেচিত হয়ে থাকেন।

   

 তাই কোন সংসদ ব্যবস্থা কোনভাবেই পারেন না জনগণকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে।

 অতএব, প্রত্যেক সংসদকে শুধুমাত্র জনগণের সেবা ও কল্যাণের জন্য সংগঠিত হওয়া উচিৎ।
