Organized governments mean,“Those governments are able perfectly to operate the system of the countries.” 


The governments are also one kind of organizations. 


There must need the governments in every country to operate the system of countries. 


Otherwise, there are many kinds of nongovernmental organizations in many countries. 


Such as :- various n.G. O, various companies..... 


But, these organizations are not powerful equivalent to the governments. 


Because, every government has the legal and constitutional big and large power and authority than non-governmental any organization. 


Moreover, nongovernmental every organization is prevented and limited by the law about organizational activities — as if, no organization can be harmful against the peoples. 


And every government has military power — which are not allowed for nongovernmental organization.
