Power greedy politicians operate illegal governments. 


This is why, illegal governments harm the authority of the people. 


Otherwise, administrations are the governmental organizations for servicing of the people. 


In fact, administrations do works for the people through legal law. 


This is why, administrations are built up for the people. 


As a result, when illegal governments want to rule any countries — then, administrations become confused. 


Because, though administrative individuals do jobs — but, they are not free from country love. 


Administrations and Joseph Stalin ✒


 Josef Stalin became president of Russia after the death of Vladimir Lenin. 


And Stalin started illegal and anti humanity works. 


Then, many Russian administrative individuals confused by Joseph Stalin's illegal rules. 


Administrations and Adolf Hitler ✒


Adolf Hitler -after becoming chancellor (president) of Germany, harmed many people. 


Then, many administrative individuals were confused by the ruling of Adolf Hitler. 


Administrations and Yahia Khan ✒


After removing Ayub khan by all the Pakistani people — Yahia Khan became the president of all Pakistan. 


But, Yahia Khan specially harmed the authorities of East Pakistani (now :- Bangladesh) people.
