“Abilities are the cooperative subject for the power. (ক্ষমতার সহযোগী উপাদান হচ্ছে যোগ্যতা।)” 


Various individuals variously gain the power.



But to gain some special power, there must need the abilities. 



Without the abilities, it is very difficult to gain that special power. 



But only by the abilities, many individuals easily can gain that special power. 



Otherwise, power becomes harmful for the related individuals - those who have no abilities.

বিভিন্ন ব্যক্তি বিভিন্নভাবে ক্ষমতা অর্জন করেন।


কিন্তু বিশেষ কিছু ক্ষমতা অর্জন করার জন্য অবশ্যই যোগ্যতার প্রয়োজন আছে।


যোগ্যতা ছাড়া ঐ সকল বিশেষ ক্ষমতা অর্জন করা খুবই জটিল বিষয়ে পরিণত হয়।


কিন্তু শুধুমাত্র যোগ্যতার দ্বারা ঐ সকল বিশেষ ক্ষমতার অধিকারী হওয়া সম্ভব।


অন্যদিকে , যোগ্যতা ছাড়া ঐ সকল বিশেষ ক্ষমতা অর্জন করলে সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তির জন্য ক্ষতিকারক বিষয়ে পরিণত হতে পারে।


এভাবেই ক্ষমতার সহযোগী উপাদান হয় যোগ্যতা।
