In which state coup or rebellion took place mainly through two. One is by the people and the other is by the army.

A) Citizen uprising or mass uprising ✒

The people of the country revolt according to their ability. The people revolt with all the equipment of their own. 

Such a revolution is directly on the occasion of the weaknesses of the rulers. 

When the rulers fail to manage the state themselves, and there is no unity in their party. Other leaders are not active at the call of the top leader. The army, the police forces and the other forces abandoned the obedience to the top leader of the state. It was then that the opportunity for civic uprising or mass uprising was created. 

In such a situation, members of the ruling party, army, police forces and other forces played a silent role. 

In this case, the leaders of the ruling party understand that, in the words of the top leader, the rebellion should be subjected to the victim of public beating. And even if the leaders of the ruling party can suppress the rebellion, the top leader will not give anything in exchange. So they are silent. 

And almost all government jobs, including members of the army, police forces and other forces, remain silent. So that, their jobs continue after the change of power. 

In such a situation, many, including the top leaders of the concerned party who operate in the country, were killed or imprisoned or left the country.

B) Armed revolt ✒

The army coup took place by the armed army. The soldiers rebelled by using power through weapons and seized power.

In this case, the power of weapons is given priority than the prevailing law in the country. 

1) Revolt by army officers ✒

Such an army coup is through conspiracy among officers. When political leaders failed to manage the country and became indifferent to the army and defense, such an army coup took place. 

In that case, the officers united through the unwritten agreement and removed the political leaders of the country from power and seized power. 

In the case of such coup, some political leaders are directly and indirectly involved.

Again, in the case of such an army coup, the army officers seized power. And bring political leaders to the country to manage the country. 

But the army officers kept the original power within themselves. And if there is a problem later, remove the concerned leaders from power. Then the officers who occupied the power brought the other leaders to power.

2) Revolt by soldiers ✒

Such an army coup is directly through soldiers. 

The soldiers, who are a little intelligent and clever, are the same army coup. 

Some officers support such soldiers. The army officers who do not directly occupy power, but also seize power by the soldiers. 

In some cases, the soldiers can cause a coup, even though they are confused by others. For example:- You are being persecuted by officers for years, your rights officers are taking away, the officers you deserve are embezzling, so take a coup to get your right. 

Such confusion can also occur with soldiers. 

Again, the soldiers could have a coup in the army. For example:- There is massive discrimination in the army. Soldiers work more than officers, accepting more sacrifices for the country. But the officers enjoy all the facilities. This is a great discrimination. If you have a coup and give us the power. Then we will form an army without discrimination. There will be no discrimination between officers and soldiers. Everyone will have equal position. Will work for the country according to their strength and ability. And you will get all the privileges as they need. 

Even with such alluring theoretical words, soldiers can be tempted by the soldiers.

কোনো রাষ্ট্রে অভ্যুত্থান বা বিদ্রোহ সংঘটিত হয় প্রধানত দুটো মাধ্যমে। একটা হচ্ছে জনগণের দ্বারা এবং অন্যটি হচ্ছে সেনাবাহিনীর দ্বারা।

A) নাগরিক বিদ্রোহ বা গণঅভ্যুত্থান।

দেশের জনগণ নিজেদের সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী বিদ্রোহ ঘটায়। জনগণের নিজের যত কিছু সরঞ্জাম আছে, সেগুলো দিয়েই বিদ্রোহ ঘটায়।

এরকম বিপ্লব হয় সরাসরি শাসকদের দূর্বলতার সুযোগে।

যখন শাসকরা নিজেরা রাষ্ট্র পরিচালনা করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, এবং নিজেদের দলের মধ্যে একতা থাকেনা। শীর্ষ নেতার আহ্বানে অন্য নেতারা সক্রিয় হয়না। সেনাবাহিনী, পুলিশ বাহিনী ও অন্যান্য বাহিনী রাষ্ট্র পরিচালক শীর্ষ নেতার আনুগত্য ত্যাগ করে। তখনই নাগরিক বিদ্রোহ বা গণঅভ্যুত্থানের সুযোগ তৈরি হয়।

এরকম পরিস্থিতিতে সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষমতাসীন দলের নেতাকর্মীরা, সেনাবাহিনী, পুলিশ বাহিনী ও অন্যান্য বাহিনীর সদস্যরা নীরব ভূমিকা পালন করে।

এক্ষেত্রে ক্ষমতাসীন দলের নেতাকর্মীরা বুঝে ফেলে যে, শীর্ষ নেতার কথায় বিদ্রোহ দমন কলতে গেলে গণপিটুনির শিকার হতে হবে। এবং বিদ্রোহ দমন করতে পারলেও শীর্ষ নেতা বিনিময়ে কিছুই দেবেন না। তাই তিনিরা নীরব থাকেন।

এবং সেনাবাহিনী, পুলিশ বাহিনী ও অন্যান্য বাহিনীর সদস্যসহ প্রায় সরকারি সকল চাকরীজীরা নীরব থাকেন। যাতে ক্ষমতা বদলের পর তাদের চাকরি বহাল থাকে।

এরকম পরিস্থিতিতে দেশ পরিচালনাকারী সংশ্লিষ্ট দলের শীর্ষ নেতাসহ অনেকেই নিহত হন অথবা কারাবন্দী হন অথবা দেশ ত্যাগ করে চলে যান।

B) সেনা অভ্যুত্থান ✒

সেনা অভ্যুত্থান ঘটে অস্ত্রধারী সেনাদের দ্বারা। অস্ত্রের মাধ্যমে ক্ষমতা ইউজ করে সেনারা বিদ্রোহ করেন এবং ক্ষমতা দখল করেন।

এক্ষেত্রে দেশে প্রচলিত আইনের চেয়ে অস্ত্রের শক্তিকে প্রাধান্য দেয়া হয়।

১) সেনা অফিসারদের দ্বারা বিদ্রোহ ✒

এই ধরনের সেনা অভ্যুত্থান হয় অফিসারদের মধ্যে ষড়যন্ত্রের মাধ্যমে। যখন রাজনৈতিক নেতারা দেশ চালাতে ব্যর্থ হন এবং সেনাবাহিনী ও প্রতিরক্ষা বিষয়ে উদাসীন হয়ে পড়েন, তখন এই ধরনের সেনা অভ্যুত্থান হয়।

সে ক্ষেত্রে অফিসাররা নিজেদের মধ্যে অলিখিত চুক্তির মাধ্যমে সংঘবদ্ধ হন এবং দেশ পরিচালনাকারী রাজনৈতিক নেতাদেরকে ক্ষমতা থেকে অপসারণ করে নিজেরা ক্ষমতা দখল করেন।

এরকম অভ্যুত্থানের ক্ষেত্রে প্রত্যক্ষ ও পরোক্ষভাবে কিছু রাজনৈতিক নেতার যোগশাজস থাকে।

আবার এরকম সেনা অভ্যুত্থানের ক্ষেত্রে, সেনা অফিসাররা ক্ষমতা দখল করেন। এবং দেশ পরিচালনার জন্য রাজনৈতিক নেতাদেরকে এনে ক্ষমতায় বসিয়ে দেন।

কিন্তু সেনা অফিসাররা মূল ক্ষমতা নিজেদের মধ্যেই রাখেন। এবং নিজেদের সমস্যা হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট নেতাদেরকে ক্ষমতা থেকে অপসারণ করেন। এরপর অন্য নেতাদেরকে এনে ক্ষমতায় বসিয়ে দেন।

২) সৈনিকদের দ্বারা বিদ্রোহ ✒

এই ধরনের সেনা অভ্যুত্থান হয় সরাসরি সৈনিকদের মাধ্যমে।

যে সকল সৈনিকরি একটু বুদ্ধিমান এবং চালাক-চতুর, ওরাই এই ধরনের সেনা অভ্যুত্থান ঘটায়।

এদেরকে সাধারণত সাপোর্ট করে কিছু সেনা অফিসার। সেই সকল সেনা অফিসার, যারা নিজেরা সরাসরি ক্ষমতা দখল করেনা, বরং সৈনিকদেরকে দিয়ে ক্ষমতা দখল করায়।

আবার কিছু ক্ষেত্রে অন্যদের দ্বারা বিভ্রান্ত হয়েও সৈনিকরা অভ্যুত্থান ঘটাতে পারে। যেমন :- তোমরা বছরের পর বছর অফিসারদের দ্বারা নির্যাতিত হচ্ছো, তোমাদের অধিকার অফিসাররা হরণ করছে, তোমাদের প্রাপ্য সুযোগ সুবিধা অফিসাররা আত্মসাত করছে, তাই তোমাদের ন্যায্য অধিকার পেতে অভ্যুত্থান ঘটাও। 

এই ধরনের বিভ্রান্তির মাধ্যমেও সৈনিকদের দ্বারা অভ্যুত্থান ঘটতে পারে।

আবার প্রলুব্ধ হয়েও সৈনিকরা সেনা অভ্যুত্থান ঘটাতে পারে। যেমন :- সেনাবাহিনীতে রয়েছে বিরাট বৈষম্য। অফিসারদের চেয়ে সৈনিকরা বেশি পরিশ্রম করে, দেশের জন্য বেশি ত্যাগ স্বীকার করে। অথচ অফিসাররা সকল সুযোগ-সুবিধা ভোগ করে। এটা একটা বিরাট বৈষম্য। তোমরা যদি অভ্যুত্থান ঘটও এবং ক্ষমতা আমাদেরকে দাও। তাহলে আমরা বৈষম্য বিহীন সেনাবাহিনী গঠন করব। তাতে অফিসার ও সৈনিকদের কোনো ভেদাভেদ থাকবেনা। সকলেই থাকবে সমান পদের অধিকারী। নিজেদের শক্তি ও সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী দেশের জন্য কাজ করবে। এবং নিজেদের প্রয়োজন মতো সকল সুযোগ-সুবিধা পাবে।

এরকম লোভনীয় তাত্ত্বিক কথার মাধ্যমেও প্রলুব্ধ হয়ে সৈনিকরা প্রলুব্ধ হয়ে অভ্যুত্থান ঘটাতে পারে।

প্রায় সকল বিদ্রোহের ক্ষেত্রেই দেশ পরিচালনাকারী সংশ্লিষ্ট দলের শীর্ষ নেতাসহ অনেকেই নিহত হন অথবা কারাবন্দী হন অথবা দেশ ত্যাগ করে চলে যান।
