Political power means, ability to do activities in the theoretical and practical politics. 

Welfare and the authority of the democracy are equivalently suitable for all kinds of the peoples. 

But the democratic process is not developed by itself and automatically. 

When the democratic process is being confined by political various disorders — then must need the political powers — which are theoretical and practical. 

When the democracy confined in the USA - then Abraham Lincoln saved and developed the democracy by his political power.
