Virtuous courage means that which is brave, depends on truth, and is aimed at the welfare of all beings.


Mainly, politics is done to develop the political authority of the people.


To work for the authority of the people, virtuous courage is essential.


It is true that without virtuous courage, it becomes impossible to do noble works.


Through politics, to cultivate the truth and to work for the development of the authority of the people, one must normally face some constraints and misunderstandings.


To overcome these normal and unnecessary constraints, virtuous courage becomes a powerful medium.


It is also true that no person can ever be harmed by virtuous courage.


Because virtuous courage is used only for noble views for the welfare of the people and creatures.

সৎসাহস মানে,সত্য ও ন্যায়ের উপর প্রতিষ্ঠিত সাহস - যা মানবতা  ও  সৃষ্টির  কল্যাণের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।


মানবতা  ও  সৃষ্টির কল্যাণের জন্যই রাজনীতি করা হয়।


আর রাজনীতি করতে হলে অবশ্যই সৎসাহসের প্রয়োজন রয়েছে।


কেননা, রাজনীতি করলে স্বাভাবিকভাবেই কিছু বাঁধা-বিপত্তি  ও  ভুল বুঝাবুঝি হয়ে থাকে।


আর এইসব বাঁধা-বিপত্তি  ও  ভুল বুঝাবুঝি  বর্জন করতে হলে অবশ্যই সৎসাহসের প্রয়োজন রয়েছে।


তা না হলে, রাজনীতির দ্বারা মানবতার কল্যাণ করা অত্যন্ত কঠিন হয়ে যায়।


কিন্তু, মহৎ ব্যক্তিগণ সৎসাহসের দ্বারা এইসব বাঁধা-বিপত্তি  ও  ভুল বুঝাবুঝি সহজেই বর্জন করতে পারেন।


ক )  বার্ট্রান্ড রাসেল  ✒ 


ব্যক্তিগতজীবনে তিনি নাস্তিক হলেও - তিনি মানবতার কল্যাণে তিনি ছিলেন অগ্রগণ্য ব্যক্তি।


তাই বৃটেন সরকারের বাঁধা সত্ত্বেও তিনি মানবতা ও সৃষ্টির কল্যাণের জন্য কাজ করতে পেরেছিলেন।


 

খ )  ইয়াসির আরাফাত  ✒ 


তিনি অত্যন্ত সৎসাহসি ছিলেন - তাই তিনি ফিলিস্তিনের জনগণের কল্যাণের জন্য সারাজীবন কাজ করেছেন।


যদিও তাঁর বিরুদ্ধে ইজরায়েল সরকার অনেক ষড়যন্ত্র করেছিলো - কিন্তু তিনি সৎসাহসের দ্বারাই সেইসব বাঁধা  ও। ষড়যন্ত্র বর্জন করতে পেরেছিলেন।


গ ) এডওয়ার্ড সাঈদ  ✒ 


তিনি ফিলিস্তিনি একজন খৃষ্টান দার্শনিক  ও লেখক হওয়া সত্ত্বেও, তিনি ফিলিস্তিনের মুসলমানদের জন্য তাঁর সাধ্যমত কাজ করেছেন।


কেননা তিনি একজন সৎসৎসাহসি ব্যক্তি ছিলেন।
