The revolutionaries do work for the authorities of the people. 


And the revolutionaries want to build up the actual governments. 


Otherwise, law-forces do work for the security to save the people. 


Moreover, law-forces should remember, they are not robot of some power greedy politicians. 


“Personal crime” and “Gang crime” are controllable by them-but not “Political crime” or “Revolutions”. 


Only, legal law and legal constitution can control revolutions.
