The prize of power.
There are many types of prizes around the world. But there is no prize for power.
There is Nobel Peace Prize for politics, public service, human welfare etc.
But there is no prize as a result of retaining power.
For this reason, Joseph Stalin, Ze Dong, Enver Hoxha, Muammar Gaddafi, Saddam Hussein, Suharto, Omar Bongo… did not get the Nobel Prize for peace.
How will the prize of power?
So, is it absolutely inappropriate to give them any prize?
Never. They also deserve the prize_the prize of power.
The value of the prize will be equal to the Nobel Peace Prize. That is, one million dollars and a gold medal. It will be written, ‘A prize for long tenure in power. It is equivalent to the Nobel Prize in Peace, and no less.’
The president, prime minister, member of parliament, local government representative, MD_Chairman_CEO of different companies around the world will receive this prize.
Who will receive the prize of power?
Firstly, I can't afford to give power prize.
I am an advocate of power prize.
But there are many people in the world who can circulate the prize of power at will.
They will bequeath a certain amount of money to a big bank, and from its dividends, a prize of power will be given every year in the style of the Nobel Prize.
In this case, I will name a few, who can introduce the reward of power if they'd like.
1) Vladimir Putin.
My first choice in this case is Russian President Vladimir Putin.
He is the most powerful Russian president since Joseph Stalin.
As a historian, I think that in the future, Vladimir Putin will surpass Joseph Stalin as the best Russian president ever.
It is a matter of power. But in terms of wealth, he is ahead of everyone.
Vladimir Putin is the world's richest politician, head of government, president and prime minister.
Elon Musk is the richest person in the world according to Forbes magazine.
But it is said that in reality, Vladimir Putin has much more wealth than Elon Musk.
Even if it doesn't, Vladimir Putin's wealth is more than Alfred Nobel's.
And the money that needs to be kept in the bank to introduce the prize of power is a pittance compared to Vladimir Putin.
So President Vladimir Putin is my first choice as promoter of the prize of power.
2) Donald Trump.
Donald Trump is one of the richest US presidents ever.
Even in the past hundred years, at no time could such a rich person become the president of America.
A Nobel Prize for Peace is worth nothing compared to his wealth.
But in 2018, Nadia Murad received the Nobel Peace Prize and went to the White House. Donald Trump almost cried when he saw her there.
Again in 2019, Ethiopian President Abi Ahmed Ali was given the Nobel Peace Prize. Then Donald Trump said that his prize was given to Abi Ahmed Ali.
So, Donald Trump should not be so sorry for the Nobel Peace Prize. And itself to introduce a power prize equivalent to the Nobel Prize in Peace.
3) Kim Jong Un.
That he will never receive the Nobel Prize for Peace is almost certain.
Although not a monarchy, he is today the unilateral ruler of North Korea, following the legacy of his father and grandfather by the socialism.
He can also introduce a power prize equivalent to the Nobel Prize for Peace.
There are many others around the world who can introduce power prizes if they wish.
What will happen?
Introducing power prizes will do a lot.
First, the reputation of the powerful will decrease.
Because, during the rule of someone who is powerful, someone got the Nobel Prize for peace. But s/he (she/he) faced the court of law for another reason. Then it was thought that the Nobel Prize for peace was given to the ruled instead of the ruler. So, the Nobel laureate is being harassed with false cases.
This has happened to the Dalai Lama, Aung San Suu Kyi and many others.
But if the prize of power is introduced, the powerful ruler can explain at least with a gesture, “Look, you got the Nobel Prize in peace. And I got the prize of power. My prize is no less than your prize in terms of dignity and value.”
Then the powerful will not have that bad name.
Secondly, the powerful will have peace of mind.
Because, the powerful will not get the Nobel Prize for peace, the turmoil will be removed by getting the prize of power.
As a result, there will be no possibility of harming people by the powerful.
Because, if a ruler hoping for the Nobel Prize in peace has the pain of not getting the Nobel Prize, then there is also the possibility of harming people by he/m (her/him).
But that possibility won't exist if s/he gets the prize of power.
My hope.
I hope that, in the future, the power prize will be introduced.
I don't know if Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump or Kim Jong Un or their ilk will read my writing.
Again, because of writing on the Internet, they can also read.
Because I did not write it in a paper book or in a paper newspaper, there is no possibility of my writing going to Russian President Vladimir Putin or former American President Donald Trump or North Korean President Kim Jong Un or anyone like that.

“যিনি বেশি ক্ষমতা ভোগ করতে পারবেন_তিনি ক্ষমতার পুরস্কার পাবেন।”
ক্ষমতার পুরস্কার।
সারা বিশ্বে অনেক ধরনের পুরস্কার আছে। কিন্তু ক্ষমতার জন্য কোন পুরস্কার নাই।
রাজনীতি, জনসেবা,মানব কল্যাণ প্রভৃতির জন্য আছে শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজ।
কিন্তু ক্ষমতা ধরে রাখার ফলস্বরূপ কোন পুরস্কার নাই।
এই কারণেই,জোসেফ স্ট্যালিন, মাও সে তুং,এনভার হক্সা,মুয়াম্মার গাদ্দাফি,সাদ্দাম হোসেন,সুহার্তো,ওমর বঙ্গো প্রমুখ শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজ পাননি।
কেমন হবে ক্ষমতার পুরস্কার?
তাই বলে কি তিনিদেরকে কোন পুরস্কার দেয়া একেবারেই অনুচিত?
কখনই না।তিনিদেরও আছে পুরস্কার পাওয়ার যোগ্যতা_সেটা হচ্ছে ক্ষমতার পুরস্কার।
যে পুরস্কারের মূল্যমান হবে শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজের সমান। অর্থাৎ,এক মিলিয়ন ডলার এবং স্বর্ণের একটা ম্যাডেল।তাতে লেখা থাকবে,‘দীর্ঘ সময় ক্ষমতায় থাকার কারণে প্রদেয় পুরস্কার।এটা শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজের সমতুল্য ও কোন অংশে কম না।’
ধারাবাহিকভাবে ক্ষমতায় থাকা বিভিন্ন দেশের প্রেসিডেন্ট, প্রধানমন্ত্রী,সংসদ সদস্য,স্থানীয় সরকারের প্রতিনিধি, বিভিন্ন কোম্পানির এমডি_চেয়ারম্যান_সিইও প্রমুখরা পাবেন এই পুরস্কার।
কে দেবেন ক্ষমতার পুরস্কার?
প্রথমেই বলে রাখি, ক্ষমতার পুরস্কার দেয়ার সাধ্য আমার নাই।
আমি হলাম ক্ষমতার পুরস্কারের প্রবক্তা।
কিন্তু বিশ্বে অনেক মানুষ আছেন, যিনিরা চাইলেই ক্ষমতার পুরস্কারের প্রচলন করতে পারেন।
তিনিরা কোন বড় ব্যাংকে নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ টাকা উইল করে রেখে দেবেন,আর সেটার লভ্যাংশ থেকে প্রতি বছর নোবেল প্রাইজের স্টাইলে ক্ষমতার প্রাইজ দেয়া হবে।
এক্ষেত্রে আমি কয়েকজনের নাম বলব,যিনিরা চাইলেই ক্ষমতার পুরস্কার প্রবর্তন করতে পারেন।
১) ভ্লাদিমির পুতিন।
এক্ষেত্রে আমার প্রথম পছন্দ হচ্ছেন রাশিয়ার প্রেসিডেন্ট ভ্লাদিমির পুতিন।
তিনি হচ্ছেন জোসেফ স্ট্যালিনের পর সবচেয়ে ক্ষমতাশালী রাশিয়ান প্রেসিডেন্ট।
একজন ঐতিহাসিক হিসেবে আমার মনে হয়, ভবিষ্যতে জোসেফ স্ট্যালিনকে ভ্লাদিমির পুতিন পিছনে ফেলে সর্বকালের সেরা রাশিয়ান প্রেসিডেন্ট হবেন।
এটাতো ক্ষমতার ব্যাপার। কিন্তু সম্পদের দিক দিয়েও তিনি সকলের থেকে এগিয়ে।
পৃথিবীর সবচেয়ে ধনী রাজনীতিবিদ,সরকার প্রধান, রাষ্ট্রপতি ও প্রধানমন্ত্রীও ভ্লাদিমির পুতিন।
ফোর্বেস ম্যাগাজিন অনুযায়ী পৃথিবীর সবচেয়ে ধনী ব্যক্তি হচ্ছেন ইলন মাস্ক।
কিন্তু এটা বলা হয় যে,বাস্তবে ইলন মাস্কের চেয়ে ভ্লাদিমির পুতিনের সম্পত্তি অনেক অনেক বেশি।
যদি সেটা না_ও হয়, তবুও ভ্লাদিমির পুতিনের সম্পত্তি আলফ্রেড নোবেলের চেয়ে অনেক বেশি।
আর ক্ষমতার পুরস্কার প্রবর্তন করার জন্য যে টাকা ব্যাংকে রাখা দরকার,সেটা ভ্লাদিমির পুতিনের তুলনায় অতিশয় নগন্য।
তাই ক্ষমতার পুরস্কারের প্রবর্তক হিসেবে প্রেসিডেন্ট ভ্লাদিমির পুতিনই আমার প্রথম পছন্দ।
২) ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্প।
ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্প হচ্ছেন, মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের সর্বকালের অন্যতম সেরা ধনী রাষ্ট্রপতি।
বিগত একশো বছর তো বটেই,কোন কালেও হয়তো এতো ধনী লোক আমেরিকার প্রেসিডেন্ট হতে পারেন নি।
তিনির সম্পত্তির তুলনায় শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজের মূল্যমান কিছু্ই না।
অথচ ২০১৮ সালে নাদিয়া মুরাদ শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজ পেয়ে হোয়াইট হাউসে গেলেন।সেখানে তিনিকে দেখে ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্প প্রায় কেঁদেই ফেললেন।
আবার ২০১৯ সালে ইথোওপিয়ার প্রেসিডেন্ট আবি আহমেদ আলিকে শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজ দেয়া হলো।তখন ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্প বলে বরে বেড়িয়েছিলেন যে,তিনির প্রাইজটা আবি আহমেদ আলিকে দিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছে।
তাই ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্পের উচিত শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজের জন্য এতো আফসোস না রাখা। এবং নিজেই শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজের সমতুল্য ক্ষমতা প্রাইজের প্রবর্তন করার।
৩) কিম জং উন।
তিনি যে কখনই শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজ পাবেন না_এটা প্রায় নিশ্চিত।
রাজতন্ত্র না হলেও সমাজতন্ত্রের বদৌলতে তিনি আজ বাপ দাদার উত্তরাধিকার সূত্রে উত্তর কোরিয়ার একতরফা শাসক।
তিনিও চাইলে শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজের সমতুল্য ক্ষমতা প্রাইজের প্রবর্তন করতে পারেন।
সারা বিশ্বে এরকম আরো অনেকেই আছেন,যিনিরা চাইলেই ক্ষমতা প্রাইজের প্রবর্তন করতে পারেন।
কী হবে?
ক্ষমতা প্রাইজের প্রবর্তন করলে অনেক কিছুই হবে।
প্রথমত ক্ষমতাবানদের দুর্নাম কমবে।
কেননা,ক্ষমতাবান কারোর শাসনামলে কেউ শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজ পেলেন। কিন্তু অন্য কারণে তিনি আইন আদালতের মুখোমুখি হলেন।তখন এটাই মনে করা হয় যে,শাসককে শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজ না দিয়ে শাসিতকে দিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছে।তাই নোবেল লরিয়েটকে মিথ্যা মামলায় হয়রানি করা হচ্ছে।
দালাইলামা, অং সান সুচিসহ আরো অনেকের ক্ষেত্রেই এরকম হয়েছে।
কিন্তু ক্ষমতার পুরস্কার প্রবর্তন করা হলে ক্ষমতাবান শাসক অন্তত ইশারা ইঙ্গিতে বুঝিয়ে দিতে পারবেন,“এই দ্যাখ্,তুই পেয়েছিস শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজ।আর আমি পেয়েছি ক্ষমতার প্রাইজ।মর্যাদা আর মূল্যমানে তোর পুরস্কারের চেয়ে আমার পুরস্কার কোন অংশে কম না।”
তাহলে ক্ষমতাবানদের ওই দুর্নামটা থাকবে না।
দ্বিতীয়ত ক্ষমতাবানদের মনে শান্তি থাকবে।
কেননা, ক্ষমতাবানরা শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজ না পেয়ে মনে যে অশান্তি থাকবে_সেটা দূর হবে ক্ষমতার প্রাইজ পেয়ে।
ফলে ক্ষমতাবানদের দ্বারা মানুষের ক্ষতি হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকবে না।
কেননা,শান্তিতে নোবেল প্রাইজের আশাবাদী কোন শাসকের মনে যদি নোবেল প্রাইজ না পাওয়ার বেদনা থাকে_তখন তিনির দ্বারা মানুষের ক্ষতি হওয়ার সম্ভাবনাও থাকে।
কিন্তু ক্ষমতার পাইজ পেলে সেই সম্ভাবনা থাকবে না।
আমার আশা।
আমি এটা আশা করি যে, ভবিষ্যতে ক্ষমতার পুরস্কারের প্রবর্তন হবে।
আমি জানি না যে,আমার এ লেখা ভ্লাদিমির পুতিন,ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্প অথবা কিম জং উন অথবা তিনিদের মতো ব্যক্তিরা পড়বেন কি না।
আবার ইন্টারনেটে লেখার কারণে তিনিরা পড়তেও পারেন।
কেননা,আমি তো এটা কাগজের বইয়ে অথবা কাগজের পত্রিকাতে লিখি নি যে, রাশিয়ার প্রেসিডেন্ট ভ্লাদিমির পুতিন অথবা আমেরিকার সাবেক প্রেসিডেন্ট ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্প অথবা উত্তর কোরিয়ার প্রেসিডেন্ট কিম জং উন অথবা এরকম কারোর কাছে আমার এই লেখা যাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা নাই।
