The rights of state power are related to every country. But that right is to achieve the systematic way.

Because it is untracial to try to occupy the state power by avoiding the contemporary state rules. 

Rather, if trying to occupy the power by avoiding the rules, the riot and anarchy are created. 

As a result, the system is officially organized to resist the Power occupants. 

So to implement public rights, there will be a systematic politics.

And to implement public rights, there is no need to occupy power. 

Any government can do the implementation of the fact that the matter of public rights (fundamental rights, food, clothing, cheap product worth, etc.). 

So, when gain the public rights, it does not to occupy the state power. 

 Imam Hossain Radi'atu Anhu was martyred for public rights.

"রাষ্ট্রক্ষমতার অধিকার প্রত্যেক নাগরিকের আছে। কিন্তু অবৈধভাবে রাষ্ট্রক্ষমতা দখলের অপচেষ্টা কখনই গণঅধিকার হতে পারে না।"

রাষ্ট্রক্ষমতার অধিকার প্রত্যেক দেশের সংশ্লিষ্ট নাগরিকেরই আছে।

কিন্তু সেই অধিকার অর্জন করতে হবে নিয়মতান্ত্রিক পদ্ধতিতে।

কেননা নিয়ম না মেনে ক্ষমতা দখল করতে চাওয়া কল্যাণকর হয় না।

বরং নিয়ম না মেনে ক্ষমতা দখল করার চেষ্টা করলে দাঙ্গাহাঙ্গামা এবং অরাজকতার সৃষ্টি হয়। 

এর ফলে ক্ষমতা দখলকারীদের প্রতিহত করার জন্য সরকারিভাবে ব্যবস্থা গ্ৰহণ করা হয়।

তাই গণঅধিকার বাস্তবায়ন করার জন্য নিয়মতান্ত্রিকভাবেই রাজনীতি করতে হবে।

আর গণঅধিকার বাস্তবায়ন করতে হলে ক্ষমতা দখল করার প্রয়োজন হয় না।কেননা,গণঅধিকারের বিষয় (মৌলিক অধিকার,অন্ন,বস্ত্র,সুলভ দ্রব্যমূল্য প্রভৃতি) বাস্তবায়ন যে কোন সরকারই করতে পারেন।

তাই গণঅধিকার আদায় করতে গিয়ে সেটা যেন গণউপদ্রপে পরিণত না হয়।

হযরত ইমাম হোসাইন রাদিআল্লাহু আনহু গণঅধিকারের জন্যই শাহাদাত বরণ করেছিলেন।
