"Can not be able to hold power through just development."
If in power, all less than everyone worked for the development of the respective countries.
Some do less, some do more, some retain power, and some develop by enjoying power for a certain period of time.
But no development is enough to hold power.
Because palace conspiracies are regular to usurp power in monarchical countries. Therefore, in order to retain power, the head of the respective monarchy has to be protected from palace conspiracies.
And in a democracy the issue is more complicated.
Because no matter how much progress is made by any party or individual as the head of the government, at some point the people become disgusted with it.
In other words, the people of the country feel monotonous while living under the same person and political party.
So the people of the country want to be under the new party and ruler by voting to change the diversity of governance.
In such a situation, no party or individual has the confidence to think that they will change the tastes of the people by promoting their own betterment. In other words, by promoting their own development and accepting the support of the people of the country concerned, they will remain in power continuously.
🌟 Dr. Mahathir bin Muhammad did a lot of development in Malaysia through his power. And he used a lot of tactics to retain power.
He later relinquished power and was re-elected Prime Minister. But in spite of Malaysia's progress and popularity, he was removed from the PM's post for failing to usurp power as before. ©️All Right Reserved by Junayed Ashrafur Rahman

"শুধু উন্নয়নের মাধ্যমে ক্ষমতা ধরে রাখা সম্ভব না।"
ক্ষমতায় থাকলে কম বেশি সকলেই সংশ্লিষ্ট দেশের উন্নয়নের কাজ করেন।
কেউ কম করেন, কেউ বেশি করেন, কেউ ক্ষমতা ধরে রেখে করেন, আবার কেউ ক্ষমতা নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর্যন্ত ভোগ করে উন্নয়ন করেন।
কিন্তু কোন উন্নয়নই ক্ষমতা ধরে রাখার জন্য যথেষ্ট না।
কেননা রাজতান্ত্রিক দেশে ক্ষমতা কুক্ষিগত করার জন্য প্রাসাদ ষড়যন্ত্র নিয়মিত হয়। তাই ক্ষমতা ধরে রাখার জন্য প্রাসাদ ষড়যন্ত্র থেকে সংশ্লিষ্ট রাজতন্ত্রের প্রধানকে সুরক্ষিত থাকতে হয়।
আর গণতান্ত্রিক দেশে বিষয়টা আরো জটিল।
কেননা কোন দল অথবা ব্যক্তি সরকার প্রধান হয়ে যত উন্নতিই করুক, একটা সময় তাতে জনগণের অরুচি হয়ে যায়। অর্থাৎ একই ব্যক্তি ও দলের অধীনে থাকতে থাকতে দেশের মানুষের বিষয়টা একঘেয়েমি লাগে। তাই শাসনব্যবস্থার বৈচিত্র্যের পরিবর্তনের জন্য দেশের জনগণ ভোটের মাধ্যমে নতুন দল ও শাসক এর অধীনে থাকতে চান।
এরকম পরিস্থিতিতে কোন দল অথবা ব্যক্তির এটা মনে করার কোন ভরসা নাই যে, নিজেদের উন্নতির প্রচার করে জনসাধারণের রুচির পরিবর্তন ঘটাবেন। অর্থাৎ নিজেদের উন্নতির প্রচার করে সংশ্লিষ্ট দেশের জনগণের সমর্থন নিজেদের পক্ষে গ্রহণ করে ধারাবাহিকভাবে ক্ষমতায় থাকবেন।
🌟 ডাক্তার মাহাথির বিন মুহাম্মদ ক্ষমতার মাধ্যমে মালয়েশিয়ার অনেক উন্নয়ন করেছিলেন। আর ক্ষমতা ধরে রাখার জন্য তিনি অনেক কলাকৌশল অবলম্বন করেছিলেন।
পরবর্তীতে ক্ষমতা ত্যাগ করে আবার নির্বাচনের মাধ্যমে প্রধানমন্ত্রী হয়েছিলেন। কিন্তু মালয়েশিয়ার এতো উন্নতি করা সত্ত্বেও এবং জনপ্রিয়তা অর্জন করা সত্ত্বেও প্রধানমন্ত্রীর পদ থেকে অপসারিত হয়েছিলেন আগের মতো ক্ষমতা কুক্ষিগত করতে না পারার কারণে।©️All Right Reserved by Junayed Ashrafur Rahman
