"There may be party quarrels before the election. But the civil people of the country should not be harmed by that party quarrel."
Election is very important in the politics and government of every country.
In that election, each team competed for the winning.
In the meantime, there is another competition among the internal leaders and workers of each party to get party nomination in the election.
Who will be nominated? That competition once turned into a party quarrel.
Who will prove who is a liar before the election? Who will prove to be a drug dealer? Who will prove to be the patron godfather of crime? Etc. get involved in quarrels.
Opposition groups called for a boycott of the by-elections.
Even some oppsit leaders will try to remove some ministers from the nomination for the next parliamentary elections.
For all these reasons, the party quarrel will intensify. Because just as the opposition will try to remove the incumbent MP or the minister from the nomination, the incumbent MP will try to defeat the opposition through his power. Whether it is through the people of his own party or through the police administration.
As a result, this internal quarrel will spread from the constituency of the concerned MP-Minister to the central politics before the nomination.
Because the people in favor of the MP-Minister and the opposite people in the party will file a complaint against each other at the Center to influence the nominees to get the person of their choice nominated.
In this way conflict became inevitable. But civil people should not be harmed in this conflict.
When party quarrels harm the civil people, usually the quarrelsome ones get another leader without getting nominated.
Because it can be said naturally that those who harm the civil people for nomination, they will do more harm to the civil people by becoming MP ministers.
As a result, the contenders themselves do not get the nomination for which they are quarreling.

"নির্বাচনের আগে দলীয় কোন্দল থাকতেই পারে। কিন্তু সেই দলীয় কোন্দলে দেশের সাধারণ মানুষ যেন ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত না হয়।"
প্রত্যেক দেশের রাজনীতি ও সরকার ব্যবস্থায় নির্বাচন অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়।
সেই নির্বাচনে সংশ্লিষ্ট দেশের প্রত্যেকটি দল বিজয়ী হওয়ার জন্য প্রতিযোগিতায় লিপ্ত হয়।
এরই মধ্যে আরেকটা প্রতিযোগিতা হয় প্রত্যেক দলের অভ্যন্তরীণ নেতাকর্মীদের মধ্যে নির্বাচনে দলীয় মনোনয়ন পাওয়ার জন্য।
কে কাকে রেখে মনোনয়ন পাবেন? সেই প্রতিযোগিতা একসময় দলীয় কোন্দলে পরিণত হয়।
নির্বাচনের আগে কে কাকে মিথ্যাবাদী প্রতিপন্ন করবেন? কে কাকে মাদক কারবারি প্রতিপন্ন করবেন? কে কাকে অন্যায় অপরাধের পৃষ্ঠপোষক গডফাদার প্রতিপন্ন করবেন? প্রভৃতি কোন্দলে লিপ্ত হন।
বর্তমান এমপিকে পরবর্তী নির্বাচনের মনোনয়ন থেকে বাদ দেওয়ার জন্য নিজ দলেরই বিরোধীরা বিভিন্নভাবে চেষ্টা করবেন।
এমনকি কোন কোন মন্ত্রীকে মন্ত্রিত্ব তো বটেই পরবর্তী সংসদ নির্বাচনের মনোনয়ন থেকে বাদ দেওয়ার জন্য চেষ্টা করবেন।
এ সকল কারণে দলীয় কোন্দল তীব্র হবে। কেননা চলমান এমপি অথবা মন্ত্রীকে মনোনয়ন থেকে বাদ দেওয়ার জন্য বিরোধীরা যে রকম চেষ্টা করবেন, ঠিক তেমনি চলমান এমপি মন্ত্রীরা নিজের ক্ষমতার মাধ্যমে প্রতিপক্ষকে চাবেন ঘায়েল করতে। সেটা নিজ দলের লোকের মাধ্যমেই হোক অথবা পুলিশ প্রশাসনের মাধ্যমেই হোক।
এর ফলে অভ্যন্তরীণ এই কোন্দল মনোনয়নের আগে সংশ্লিষ্ট এমপি-মন্ত্রীর নিজ এলাকা থেকে কেন্দ্রীয় রাজনীতি পর্যন্ত ছড়িয়ে যাবে।
কেননা এমপি-মন্ত্রীর পক্ষের লোকেরা এবং বিরোধী পক্ষের লোকেরা একে অপরের বিরুদ্ধে কেন্দ্রে অভিযোগ দায়ের করবেন মনোনয়ন প্রদানকারীদেরকে প্রভাবিত করে নিজেদের পছন্দের ব্যক্তিকে মনোনয়ন পাইয়ে দেয়ার জন্য।
এভাবেই সংঘাত অনিবার্য হয়ে উঠে। কিন্তু এই সংঘাতে যেন সাধারণ মানুষ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত না হয়।
দলীয় কোন্দল যখন সাধারন মানুষকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করে তখন সাধারণত কোন্দলকারীরা মনোনয়ন না পেয়ে অন্য কোন নেতা পেয়ে যান।
কেননা এটা স্বাভাবিকভাবেই বলা হতে পারে যে, যারা মনোনয়নের জন্য সাধারণ মানুষের ক্ষতি করে, ওরা এমপি মন্ত্রী হয়ে সাধারণ মানুষের আরো ক্ষতি করবে।
ফলে যে মনোনয়নের জন্য কোন্দল করা হয় সেটা কোন্দলকারীরা নিজেরাও পান না।
তাই প্রত্যেক দলের নেতাকর্মীদের উচিত নির্বাচনের আগে সংঘটিত নির্বাচনী প্রতিযোগিতায় যে কোন্দল সৃষ্টি হয় সেটার জন্য সাধারণ মানুষকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত না করা।©️All Right Reserved by Junayed Ashrafur Rahman
