Election nomination is a very important issue for the people of the party.

Party nomination is very important for everyone, big or small politician.

Everyone expects to be nominated secretly or openly.

But the complexity of the nomination is more complex than the lottery.

Lottery tickets are awarded to the owner of the lottery ticket, not to the person's qualifications or identity.

However, the issue of nomination is more complicated. Eligibility and identity are considered in the nomination process.

Again, no matter how many rumors of nomination among the people, another person can also be nominated by proving that rumor to be false.

If the old leader is not nominated, the new leader can also be nominated.

Even if one gets the nomination, it can be canceled and the other can get the nomination.

Some leaders and activists work politically with one leader throughout the year, but support another leader during the nomination process.

"লটারির চেয়ে দলীয় মনোনয়ন বেশি জটিল।"

দলের ব্যক্তিদের কাছে নির্বাচনের মনোনয়ন অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়।

ছোট নেতা অথবা বড় নেতা সকলের কাছেই দলীয় মনোনয়ন অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

প্রত্যেকেই গোপনে অথবা প্রকাশ্যে মনোনয়নের প্রত্যাশি হন।

কিন্তু মনোনয়নের জটিলতা লটারির চেয়ে জটিল।

লটারি পেলে মানুষের যোগ্যতা অথবা পরিচয় বিবেচনা না করে বরং লটারির টিকিটের মালিক যিনি, তিনিকেই প্রাপ্য প্রদান করা হয়।

তবে মনোনয়নের বিষয়টা আরো জটিল। মনোনয়ন প্রদানের ক্ষেত্রে যোগ্যতা ও পরিচয় আবশ্যিকভাবে বিবেচনা করা হয়।

আবার জনসাধারণের মধ্যে মনোনয়নের যত গুঞ্জনই থাকুক, সেই গুঞ্জন মিথ্যা প্রমাণিত করে অন্য ব্যক্তিও মনোনয়ন প্রাপ্ত হতে পারেন।

পুরাতন নেতা মনোনয়ন না পেয়ে নতুন নেতাও মনোনয়ন পেতে পারেন।

এমনকি একজন মনোনয়ন পেলেও সেটা বাতিল হয়ে অন্যজন সেই মনোনয়ন পেতে পারেন।

আবার কিছু নেতা - কর্মী সারা বছর এক নেতার সঙ্গে রাজনৈতিক কাজ করেও মনোনয়নের বেলায় অন্য নেতাকে সমর্থন করেন।
