Every government is directly guided and controlled by the constitutions and law. 


But, there must need polite politicians to build up the rule of law. 


Because, if impolite politicians can build up government – then, they will change the constitutions and law. 


Thus, they will want to complete their illegal aims and views. 


Otherwise, the polite politicians of all time will want to build up the authority of the people. 


Thus, law and constitutions can be used for the people. 



সংসদ ও সরকার ব্যবস্থা সরাসরি আইন ও সংবিধান দ্বারা পরিচালিত হয় ।


তাই, আইনের শাসন নিশ্চিত করতে হলে সংসদে উপযুক্ত রাজনীতিক আবশ্যক। 


তা না হলে, অনুপযুক্ত ব্যক্তিরা সংসদ সদস্য হয়ে নিজেদের স্বার্থের জন্য আইন পাশ করবে এবং জনগণের রাজনৈতিক অধিকার বিনষ্ট করবে। 


ফলে, 'আইনের শাসন' নিছক একটা রাজনৈতিক ধারণায় পরিণত হবে। 


তাই, আইনের শাসনকাজ নিশ্চিত করতে হলে অবশ্যই উপযুক্ত ব্যক্তিদের দ্বারা সংসদ ব্যবস্থা গঠিত ও পরিচালিত হতে হবে। ©️All Right Reserved by Junayed Ashrafur Rahman
