 🌟 The passion to be a leader ✒ 

 The tendency to want to be a leader is present in almost all people.

 People also need to be leaders for welfare and social service.

 It's a kind of emotion that is more or less present in all people.

 🌟 Just wanting to be a leader out of emotion ✒ 

 But when any person has not the ability or favorable situation, that person should not want to be a leader just out of emotion.

 Because, it is more likely to cause harm than another harms.

 Even if any person want to be a leader just out of emotion, the rivalry can be extreme.

 In such a situation, it is beneficial for the people to become leaders without going into competition and rivalry.

🌟 নেতা হওয়ার আবেগ ✒ 

নেতা হতে চাওয়ার প্রবণতা প্রায় সকল মানুষের মধ্যেই আছে।

মানুষের কল্যাণ ও সমাজসেবার জন্যও নেতা হওয়ার দরকার আছে।

এটা এক ধরনের আবেগ , যে আবেগ কম - বেশি সকল মানুষের মধ্যেই আছে।

🌟 শুধু আবেগের বশে নেতা হতে চাওয়া ✒ 

কিন্তু যখন নিজের যোগ্যতা , সামর্থ্য অথবা অনুকূল পরিস্থিতি না থাকে তখন শুধু আবেগের বশে নেতা হতে চাওয়া উচিৎ না।

কেননা , এতে কল্যাণের চেয়ে অকল্যাণ ও ক্ষতি হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা বেশি থাকে।

এমনকি শুধু আবেগের বশে নেতা হতে চাইলে রেষারেষিও চরম হতে পারে।

এমন পরিস্থিতিতে নেতা না হওয়ার প্রতিযোগিতা ও প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বিতায় না গিয়ে জনসাধারণ হয়ে থাকা কল্যাণকর।
