 🌟 Fundamental authority ✒ 

 Authorities are exercised to meet the basic needs of the people.

 Food, clothing, shelter, education, etc. are the basic human needs.

 These basic needs are essential for survival as human beings.

 🌟 Political power ✒ 

 But political power is never included in the basic needs.

 Many people are desperate for political power because of their arrogance, desire to control the people of the society, etc., rather than as much as necessary.

 Basically, the political work, needs and problems of each country can be solved only through the sincerity and honesty of some people who are worthy of the society and the state (about two crores out of every twenty crores).

 🌟 Importance ✒ 

 But all the people of every country have to meet their basic needs. Because it is almost impossible to survive as a human being without meeting basic needs.

 Therefore, every human being has the authority to meet basic needs.

🌟 মৌলিক অধিকার ✒ 

মানুষের মৌলিক চাহিদা পূরণের জন্য অধিকারের প্রয়োগ করা হয়।

অন্ন , বস্ত্র , বাস্হান , শিক্ষা প্রভৃতি হচ্ছে মানুষের মৌলিক চাহিদা।

মানুষ হিসেবে বাঁচার জন্য এই মৌলিক চাহিদাগুলো অবশ্যই প্রয়োজন।

🌟 রাজনৈতিক ক্ষমতা ✒ 

কিন্তু রাজনৈতিক ক্ষমতা কখনই মৌলিক চাহিদার অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয় না।

যতটুকু প্রয়োজন , এর চেয়ে বরং নিজের দাম্ভিকতা , সমাজের মানুষদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের কামনা প্রভৃতি কারণেই অনেক মানুষ রাজনৈতিক ক্ষমতা অর্জনের জন্য ব্যাকুল হয়।

মূলতঃ সমাজ ও রাষ্ট্রের যোগ্যবান কিছু (প্রতি বিশ কোটিতে দুই কোটি প্রায়) ব্যক্তির আন্তরিকতা ও সততার মাধ্যমেই প্রতিটা দেশের রাজনৈতিক কাজ , প্রয়োজন ও সমস্যার সমাধান হওয়া সম্ভব।

🌟 গুরুত্ব ✒ 

কিন্তু প্রতিটা দেশের সকল মানুষকেই মৌলিক চাহিদা পূরণ করতে হয়। কেননা , মৌলিক চাহিদা পূরণ ছাড়া মানুষ হিসেবে বেঁচে থাকা প্রায় অসম্ভব। 

তাই মৌলিক চাহিদা পূরণের অধিকার প্রতিটা মানুষেরই রয়েছে।
