🌟 Good condition of caretaker government ✒ 

 A caretaker government was formed with the consent of all parties for fair and impartial elections.

 The caretaker government is formed mainly to make the elections doubtless and controversial and acceptable.

 This is the good condition of the caretaker government.

 🌟 Bad state of caretaker government ✒ 

 But when the caretaker government begins to start its own affairs without holding fair and impartial elections, it becomes a nightmare.

 The caretaker government by the army and other law enforcement agencies through the executive power of the state can terrorize and harm the politicians, even the people.

 Basically this is the bad condition of the caretaker government.

 🌟 In fact, which caretaker government will be good or bad ? - it is a very difficult thing to say in advance.

🌟 তত্বাবধায়ক সরকারের যেমন ভালো আছে , তেমনি মন্দও আছে।

🌟 তত্বাবধায়ক সরকারের ভালো অবস্থা ✒

সঠিক ও নিরপেক্ষ নির্বাচনের জন্যে সকল দলের সম্মতিতে তত্বাবধায়ক সরকার গঠন করা হয়।

মূলতঃ নির্বাচনকে সন্দেহ ও বিতর্কহীন এবং গ্রহণযোগ্য করার জন্যেই তত্বাবধায়ক সরকার গঠন করা হয়।

প্রকৃতপক্ষে , এটাই হচ্ছে তত্বাবধায়ক সরকারের ভালো অবস্থা।

🌟 তত্বাবধায়ক সরকারের মন্দ অবস্থা ✒

কিন্তু যখন তত্বাবধায়ক সরকার সঠিক ও নিরপেক্ষ নির্বাচনের আয়োজন না করে নিজেদের মত শাসন পরিচালনা করতে শুরু করে , তখনই সেটা মন্দে পরিণত হয়। 

রাষ্ট্রের নির্বাহী ক্ষমতার মাধ্যমে সেনাবাহিনী ও অন্যান্য আইন বাহিনীর দ্বারা তত্বাবধায়ক সরকারে রাজনীতিক , এমনকি জনগণকেও আতঙ্কিত এবং ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করতে পারে। 

মূলতঃ এটা হচ্ছে তত্বাবধায়ক সরকারের মন্দ অবস্থা। 

🌟 প্রকৃতপক্ষে , কোন তত্বাবধায়ক সরকার ভালো হবে অথবা মন্দ হবে ? - সেটা আগের থেকে বলা অত্যন্ত জটিল বিষয়।
