 There is must need own efforts to become qualified. 


 But to apply that qualification requires environment - situation and chance.


 If that is not the case, then it is difficult to apply that qualification because of the chance.


 🌟 In the time of Mrs. Indira Gandhi, there were more qualified people in India than her.


 But being the daughter of Jawharlal Nehru, she got a chance to become the Prime Minister from the Congress party.


 But other qualified people could not become the Prime Minister because they did not get that .

নিজের প্রচেষ্টার মাধ্যমে যোগ্যতা অর্জন করতে হয়।


কিন্তু সেই যোগ্যতা প্রয়োগের জন্য পরিবেশ - পরিস্থিতি ও সুযোগের প্রয়োজন হয়।


যদি তেমনটা না হয় , তবে সুযোগের কারণে সেই যোগ্যতাকে তেমন প্রয়োগ করা সম্ভব হয় না।


🌟 মিসেস ইন্দিরা গান্ধির সময়ে তিনির চেয়ে বেশি যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন ব্যক্তি ভারতে ছিলেন।


কিন্তু তিনি জহরলাল নেহেরুর মেয়ে হওয়ার কারণে কংগ্রেস দল থেকে প্রধানমন্ত্রী হওয়ার সুযোগ পেয়েছিলেন।


কিন্তু যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন অন্যান্য ব্যক্তিরা সেই সুযোগ না পাওয়ার কারণে প্রধানমন্ত্রী হতে পারেন নি।
