There are mainly two kinds of the politics in the world. 

 Such as :- 

Theoretical politics :- political isms, concepts, versions… . 

And

Practical politics :- movements, operating of governments… . 

Practical politics is prevented in some fixed periods and some fixed years. 

And also, practical politics are being changed season by season according to the choices of the people. 

This is why, practical politics normally influence normal people. 

For this reason, practical politics been prevented in some fixed periods and times. 

Suppose ✒ 

Mr. X became a president / prime minister of one country for five years. 

Now, he can do politics for five years by operating the governments.

And to operate the government, he will do many faults works. 

Even, the people will may harmed by Mr. X. 

Otherwise, theoretical politics is founded by deep thinkings of the philosophers. 

Such as :- Plato, Aristotle, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Karl Marx, Sayed Abul A'la Maududi, Saed Qutub Shahid....... 

And saved in writings and the memory of the educated politicians. 

In modern ages, the political theories are being saved in various technical media :- memory cards, pen drive, internet, social media...... 

Though, normal people cannot understand the theoretical politics — but, all educated politicians and all governments, parliaments, courts… Directly and indirectly, should have to follow various theoretical politics. 

Even, those politicians illegally capture the government powers — also they have to follow any theoretical politics. 

Such :- Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, Saddam Hussain, General Suharto…. Illegally captured government powers — but, they had to follow directly and indirectly various theoretical politics. 

And now, these individuals (Muammar Gaddafi, Saddam….) totally removed from the governments and practical politics — but, theoretical politics also now are influencing the educated and top class politicians.

প্রধাণত দুই ধরণের রাজনীতি রয়েছে :-

১ ) তাত্ত্বিক রাজনীতি :- বিভিন্ন ধরণের রাজনৈতিক মতবাদ, চিন্তাধারা...। 

এবং

২ ) প্রত্যক্ষ / ব্যবহারিক রাজনীতি :- আন্দোলন, সরকার পরিচালনা...। 

প্রত্যক্ষ রাজনীতির মাধ্যমে সরকার ব্যবস্থা পরিচালিত হয় এবং তা নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে আবদ্ধ থাকে। 

   যেমন :- মি. X পাঁচ বছরের জন্য কোন দেশের প্রেসিডেন্ট / প্রধানমন্ত্রী নিযুক্ত হয়েছেন।

     এখন এই পাঁচ বছর সরকার পরিচালনার মাধ্যমে তাঁকে জনগণের সেবা করতে হবে। 

তিনি যদি জনগণের ভালো করেন, তবে তিনি আবার ক্ষমতায় যেতে পারবেন ।

আর যদি তিনি জনগণের সুষ্ঠু সেবা প্রদান করতে না পারেন, তবে তিনি জনগণের ভোটের মাধ্যমে অপসারিত / ক্ষমতাহীন হবেন।

    আবার, তাত্ত্বিক রাজনীতি দার্শনিকদের (যেমন :- প্লেটো, এ্যারিস্টটল, জ্যাক রুশো, কার্ল মার্ক্স, সায়্যেদ মওদুদি, সাঈদ কুতুব....) চিন্তাধারার মাধ্যমে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়ে থাকে। 

যদিও সাধারন জনগণের কাছে তাত্ত্বিক রাজনীতি তেমন কোন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় না - কিন্তু শিক্ষিত, বড় রাজনীতিক এবং সরকার ব্যবস্থা, সংসদ, আদালত.... প্রত্যক্ষ ও পরোক্ষভাবে তাত্ত্বিক রাজনীতি দ্বারা প্রভাবিত হয়ে থাকেন।

আর এভাবেই প্রত্যক্ষ রাজনীতির চেয়ে তাত্ত্বিক রাজনীতি পৃথিবীতে দীর্ঘ স্থায়ী হয়।
