We know that, politics is the system for all kinds of societies.
But, all kinds of societies are not educated.
And uneducated societies can never understand politics alone.
This is why, uneducated societies depend on the educated societies to understand the politics.
Otherwise, educated societies directly and indirectly know the politics from their education.
This is why, educated societies indirectly have to accept a political duty.
As if, by the educated societies, other uneducated society can become conscious about the politics.

রাজনীতি করার অধিকার সমাজের প্রতিটা মানুষের রয়েছে।
কিন্তু সমাজের সকল মানুষ শিক্ষিত না।
এর পরও প্রত্যেক ভোটারকে সচেতন হতে হয়।
শিক্ষিত ভোটাররা তাদের প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষার মাধ্যমে রাজনীতির ব্যাপারে সচেতনতা অর্জন করেন।
কিন্তু দুঃখ জনক হলেও সত্য যে, অশিক্ষিত মানুষ রাজনীতির ব্যাপারে শিক্ষিত মানুষের মতো সচেতন হতে পারেন না।
তাই দেশের অশিক্ষিত মানুষদের রাজনীতির ব্যাপারে সচেতন করা শিক্ষিত মানুষদের নৈতিক দায়িত্ব।
