On 11 September 2001, the United States of America attacked by kidnapped airplanes.

At that that time, Osama bin Laden claimed that, his commandos happened in the 9/11 attacks.

As a result, Mr. George Walker Bush attacked Afghanistan and removed the Taliban government.

After 10 years later, Osama bin Laden killed in Pakistan by USA forces.

And recent, the parliamentary congress of the USA has passed a bill about the 9/11 attacks.

This bill is vital for the USA and also for the international security.

As if, no country will attacked by any kinds of terrorism.

But, specially Saudi Arabia, will be prevented by this bill.

This is an unnecessary step of the parliamentary congress of the USA.

Because, though Osama bin Laden was a Saudi Arabian person_but he was removed from Saudi Arabia by the government.

Next time, he (Osama) went to Afghanistan and joined with the local Taliban organization.

 For this reason, as a country_Saudi Arabia never liable for the aggressive activities of Osama bin Laden.

Moreover, it is true that, 9/11 attacks is not a totally solved subject.

Because, CIA or FBI as yet never identified that, 9/11 attacks really had done by whom.

But, Mr. W. Bush did war against Afghanistan without parliamentary support.

Furthermore, it is thought that, Mr. W. Bush attached Afghanistan to stop worldwide activities of Osama bin Laden and the Taliban organization.

At that time, Saudi Arabian government directly and indirectly supported Mr. W. Bush.

Because, Saudi government never supported Osama bin Laden.

For these reason, to make liable Saudi Arabia for the 9/11 attacks is wholly unnecessary view.

So that, it should make free Saudi Arabia from the liability of 9/11 attacks.

And the 9/11 bill be suitable for all countries to save the world humanity.
